If you cancel a subscription before your free trial ends, you won't be charged, so there is nothing to refund.
Your program starts being built as soon as you pay. Programs usually arrive within minutes, so there's rarely time to cancel. If you've paid for a program that hasn't been delivered yet (for example, one our safety checks have held for a trainer to review) and you change your mind, email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Because each program is built individually for you, we don't give refunds for change of mind once it has been delivered. This doesn't affect your rights if something is wrong with it (see below). If something in your program doesn't match your intake (for example, equipment you said you didn't have), email us and we'll correct it.
You can cancel any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full access until then and won't be charged again. After that, your program link stops working. We don't refund a payment for a period that has already started for change of mind. Annual plans are paid upfront for twelve months at a lower rate, so they aren't refunded for change of mind part way through. None of this applies where the Australian Consumer Law entitles you to a refund, or where we can't provide the service, in which case we'll refund the part you can't use.
Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL, including that they will be provided with due care and skill and be fit for any purpose you made known to us. If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you're entitled to a remedy (which may include a refund, resend or correction) regardless of what the policy above says. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
